Wendoo Chairman and Founder, Mrs Maureen Bond, after a recent visit to Nigeria, had a heart-wrenching revelation that left her deeply affected and fostered the deep need to get actively involved in dealing with the dire conditions of Schools and the poor students who have to make do with substandard learning resources and, when they exist, below par nutritional provisions. Wendoo was created to make sure that all Children get Nutritious, balanced meals as part of their Standard, daily regime.
Wendoo has the Chairman as the Coordinator of all projects and the Head of the organisation. The hierarchy, as shown by the illustration, flows down to the Secretary, who will be involved in communications and Managing the activities of Staff and Volunteers. He will also oversee Communications and engagements with like-minded Charitable organisations and Education Hubs.
The Trustees of Wendoo will be a Board made up of upstanding, pillars of the community and will share the ultimate responsibility for GOVERNING the NGO. The remit of the Trustees is to ensure that we carry out what we set out to achieve in a Clear, Concise and equitable manner.
